This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of spiritual intelligence, work ethic and moral ethics on the performance of SMK Hinduism teachers in Denpasar. This study uses ex-post facto design. Sampling using census study with a sample of 32 people. Data were collected by questionnaires and observation sheets. Data were analyzed by correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the level of spiritual intelligence on Hinduism teacher performance (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between work ethic on teacher Hinduism performance. (3) There is a significant positive relationship between ethics and morals on teacher Hinduism performance (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between the level of spiritual intelligence, work ethic, and moral ethics of the Hinduism teacher performance. Effective contribution Variable levels of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance by 30.9%, variable work ethic contribute effectively on teacher performance by 22.1%, the variable moral ethics contribute effectively = 20.0% on teacher performance. That suggest the SMK Hinduism teacher Denpasar City is expected to further enhance the spiritual intelligence, tried to maximally improve the work ethic, and moral ethics to produce optimum teacher performance.
